I will help you ditch the stress & overwhelm and give you the confidence and clarity to navigate your baby’s sleep. I will go beyond what you’ve read in books or on blogs and offer expert knowledge and the most up-to-date research to help to make sense of this whole “sleep thing.” We’ll find sleep solutions together, and with options ranging from downloadable sleep guides, troubleshooting phone calls, and private coaching, there’s something for everyone.

Meet Jamie

I’m obsessed with sleep and love working with families to help them get more of it! But there’s more to me than just a passion for snoozing. My background is in psychology (BA) and child development (MS) and I have a special interest in infant mental health & whole family wellness. I completed comprehensive & rigorous training in one of only five pediatric sleep programs recognized by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants (APSC) where I also hold a leadership role. I am constantly keeping up to date on the latest evolutions in the fields of child development, infant mental health, and pediatric sleep science. Your sleep solutions won’t just be tailored to your family, but will be rooted in evidence-based research and practices.
