Terms and Conditions
This agreement precedes your purchase of a Sleep Coaching Package with Oh Baby Consulting.
As a pediatric sleep consultant, my role is to provide you with a sleep plan and support as outlined in the package options below:
Basic Newborn Coaching Package
- Intake evaluation
- Newborn sleep plan
- 60-minute plan review call
- Nursery/sleep environment assessment
- Four follow-up emails (used within 12 weeks of DOB)
Premier Newborn Coaching Package
- Intake evaluation
- Newborn sleep plan
- 60-minute plan review call
- Nursery/sleep environment assessment
- Email support (through 12 weeks from DOB)
- Digital graduation resource guide
Hybrid Coaching Package
NEWBORN PORTION
- Intake evaluation
- Newborn sleep plan
- 60-minute plan review call
- Email support (0-14 weeks from DOB)
BABY PORTION
- Updated sleep evaluation
- Baby sleep plan
- 60-minute plan review call
- Continued email support + sleep log tracking (through 14 weeks from DOB)
- Digital graduation resource guide
- One (1) complimentary follow-up call to be used within 3 months of graduation.

Term/Termination
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of services as outlined in this agreement.
Oh Baby Consulting may terminate this agreement at any time after written notice via email to client, in the event that the client breaches or otherwise violates the terms of this agreement. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: a) failure to comply with the Sleep Plan; b) failure to follow written and verbal recommendations made by consultant; c) communication conflicts or irreconcilable differences. All termination determinations shall be made by Oh Baby Consulting in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event that Oh Baby Consulting terminates this agreement, the issuance and amount of refund shall be made by Oh Baby Consulting in its sole and absolute discretion.
Expiration
Coaching packages must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase or will expire.
Client has 30 days from the date of the consultation to implement the Sleep Plan provided after which time the client forfeits the follow-up support included in their selected package and is not eligible for a refund. The client has the option of amending the current Sleep Plan at cost by purchasing extra follow-up support if desired.
Commitment
I understand that all of the information provided in the Sleep Plan and during subsequent follow-up coaching are suggestions to help improve the sleep habits of my child(ren). I understand that this process may involve crying as habits and behaviors are changed. If I do not agree with something in the proposed Sleep Plan, I will voice my concerns immediately via Voxer or e-mail. I understand that commitment to the plan is essential in order to see improvement, and that timely, accurate, and complete follow-up and feedback is necessary in order to receive the best possible service.
Payment & Refunds
Consultation fees are due prior to services rendered. Failure to pay these fees will result in a delay of service.
Given the nature of the work Oh Baby Consulting provides, which is upfront, highly personal, and unique to each client, no refunds are offered in any amount for any reason outside of an Act of God. Should an Act of God occur that causes you to cancel my services, I will only require payment for the time actually spent working on the Sleep Plan and subsequent coaching time.
In the event that the client has paid but chooses not to continue with the sleep plan, cancels after services have been rendered, or does not respond to contact attempts, no portion of any payments shall be owed to the client.

The services of Oh Baby Consulting are not medical advice. The advice you receive from Oh Baby Consulting is for informational purposes only and is intended for use with common early childhood sleep issues that are wholly unrelated to medical conditions. I understand that the services, coaching, and courses offered by Oh Baby Consulting are voluntary. I agree to waive and release Oh Baby Consulting from any and all claims of liability or demands for compensation that I may acquire during my time working with Oh Baby Consulting.
Safe Sleep Measures
Oh Baby Consulting follows and recommends the advice and guidance published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) about safe sleep practices. As parents, you acknowledge the AAP’s Safe Sleep Recommendations and any questions or concerns should be directed to your pediatrician.
Confidentiality
I agree that the Sleep Plan provided to me by Jamie Labbe at Oh Baby Consulting is provided to me for the sole purpose of use for my child(ren) at his/her particular age(s) at time of services rendered. I understand that this Sleep Plan is created for the individual needs of my child and my family and may not meet the needs of other children of a similar age(s). I agree to keep the Sleep Plan in confidence and will not share or distribute it.
Refreshers/Retainers
Terms and Conditions

As a pediatric sleep consultant, my role is to provide you with guidance & support as outlined in the package options below:
30-Minute Call
- Booking questionnaire
- 30-minute phone call
- Email summary and action steps
Week of Voxer Support
- One week of unlimited email or Voxer support during business hours
*All days of support must be consecutive.
Voxer Punch Pass
- Five (5) or ten (10) Voxer exchanges (to be used within 6 months of purchase)
3, 6, or 12 Month Retainers
- Unlimited email support within business hours for selected duration
- Support is not transferable to other family members
*All months of support must be consecutive.
